My family and I stayed here for 3nights. The room was very neat, cozy, and very modern. I loved that they gave free nibbles in the room, and also the lavender toiletries. The location is walking distance to the shopping centre and the beach. I love that the location is close to the beach but still a bit of a walk to avoid the crowd. It was so crowded during Holy Week ? I kept telling my husband that i’d rather stay at The Island than any other hotel because of the location lol. The food that they serve at their restaurant is superb!!! They have this big pool (water is freezing cold), and then they have a small heated spa. My daughter made a friend over at the pool ♥️ And also, I love they did a really great job cleaning our room everytime we’re out. Overall, 5/5. If we were to visit Surfers Paradise again, I wouldn’t mind staying here again ☺️

We came for the 11:30 bottomless cocktails, we had Jordan as our server and he was awesome! Super attentive and helpful. Super friendly staff and the DJ was popping off! Such a great time for us as a girls day ??

5 stars all the way. We had our event there and it was effortlessly easy. Ella and the team made it a breeze to organise my event & help run it on the night. Our guests had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The food was amazing! It was worth every cent and we will be back for our next event for sure! Best place on the coast

Great service. Rooms are fantastic. Any query is met with a swift and informative response with them being more than helpful. Fantastic in terms of being central to where we wanted to go. On arrival we were met with help to find our way to service desk as soon as we were spotted looking a little lost and was walked to lifts. We enjoyed our stay, the service annd staff were impeccable and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thankyou ♥️✨
