The hotel was excellent—an absolutely perfect experience and great value for the price. The location is simply amazing, just a minute from Trafalgar Square, right in the center of all entertainment spots, restaurants, and theaters. The hotel is large, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very attentive. It's an eco-friendly hotel, with cleaning every two days, but they clean daily upon request. The room includes an electric kettle, a microwave, and utensils. There is a lounge on the first floor, open 24/7, with sofas, armchairs, computer stations with power outlets, and meeting rooms. Unlimited free tea and coffee are available. In short, a highly recommended stay! We will definitely return.
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing environment the moment you walk through the door. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. They were consistently polite, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with requests, or simply greeting us with a smile, their hospitality was truly top-notch. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything we could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight—plentiful, varied, and always fresh. Without a doubt, The Grand will be our first choice when we return to London. Highly recommended!
The location is perfect—right in the center, with most attractions (Regent Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, etc.) within walking distance. The staff is very helpful, and check-in/out is quick and easy. Rooms are quiet, with comfortable beds, a tea kettle, coffee machine, and ironing facilities. Though compact, the space is adequate, and chilled water is available on each floor. For valuables, the front desk provides secure storage since rooms lack safes. Prices are high, but expected for central London. The only downside was room access—mine required going down 5 stairs after the elevator, while others were on the same level. A more convenient room assignment would have improved the stay.
My wife and I had a great time staying at The Grand. We loved the location, it was very easy to get to the tube and even just walking to many locations. The room was a comfortable place to rest in between activities. The staff were very helpful and considerate and Salman who checked us in was a delight. There is a clothes washer and dryer you can use as well as a filtered water station. The Grand has a beautiful common room which also has a coffee machine. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Grand! Our deal included daily breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! The WiFi was fast and included with our rooms. I found that navigating the hotel itself, especially to find our rooms, was a bit challenging—due to the hidden levels and sections closed off by doors. However, the front desk employees were extremely congenial and helpful throughout our entire visit.
