3 Ocean Dr, Aberdeen, Hong Kong
We stayed at the Fullerton Ocean Park in Hong Kong, and it’s a truly beautiful hotel with great value for money. The rooms are superb, well-decorated, and comfortable, the view is exceptional, and the location is ideal, especially for families thanks to its proximity to parks. A special mention goes to the amazing pool, with slides and play areas perfect for kids. Two points could be improved: the kids’ club is paid, which limits attendance and reduces the fun atmosphere (it should really be included), and the children’s buffet price (around €50 from age 3), which would be fairer if it were free up to 5 years old and discounted from 6 years old. Despite this, the hotel remains an excellent choice, well deserving of its 5-star rating.
Our recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I can confidently say this is a paradise for families with young children. 🦁 Safari-Themed Room: A Child’s Fantasy Come True From the moment our 9-year-old and 3-year-old stepped into the safari-themed room, their faces lit up with pure joy. “This is the best hotel room and holiday ever!” they kept shouting, and honestly, we couldn’t agree more. The room was beautifully designed, filled with books, toys, and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a wonderland crafted just for them. 🎈 Kids Club: The Gold Standard As seasoned little travelers, our children have visited kids clubs around the globe—but this one? It was the cream of the crop. Spacious, vibrant, and packed with activities, it was hands-down the most exciting and engaging kids club they’ve ever experienced. Their joy was infectious, and we found ourselves wishing we could join in the fun! 🏖️ Pool & Playground: Triple the Smiles Just when we thought the excitement had peaked, we discovered the pool area—complete with a kid-friendly slide and playground. It was the perfect spot for family bonding, laughter, and soaking in the sunshine. The facilities were immaculate and clearly designed with families in mind. 💖 Service That Feels Like Home What truly sets Fullerton apart is its people. Every single staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—greeted us with warmth and genuine smiles. Even our children noticed how kind and attentive everyone was. You can tell the team here is well cared for, and that joy translates directly into the guest experience. 🏆 Final Verdict: Unforgettable Our kids didn’t want to leave. Neither did we. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hong Kong isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination that creates lifelong memories. Whether you're planning a short getaway or a longer retreat, this resort is a must for families seeking comfort, adventure, and heartfelt hospitality Plus point, free shuttle to Ocean Park Hong Kong!
Great location in terms of beautiful scenery and quite atmosphere. The rooms are small but cozy and clean. Although , it’s just 30 minutes walk from the hotel to MTR station but the “super punctual” shuttle bus makes it more convenient for elder people or those with the kids to go to the city. The restaurant has halal certification which was a huge, competitive plus. Regarding the cons , I would definitely recommend to improve customer service and totally agree with other reviews that the staff lacking professionalism during check in and check out process, particularly in terms of slow speed and unwelcoming face expressions.
The most spectacular hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! The bell desk service was impeccable! The only qualms I have, is the big obnoxious Islamic prayer sticker that rests near the window in your room. I wish it was perhaps engraved onto the beam, or somehow less apparent. At first glance, if you’re ignorant regarding Islamic practices, it looks like someone just decided to put a sticker somewhere in the room, as if it was a quirky bathroom stall in a dive bar. It really takes away from the overall beauty of the room.
