Lovely hotel in a gorgeous building, in the centre of the city. Easy walk and public transport to all the sights and secure parking (self parking and valet) is available underneath the building. Rooms are well appointed, well furnished, and maintained to a high standard. Would have loved to have stayed longer to be able to enjoy all the hotel facilities and dining options. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby and lots of nearby cafes and restaurants. All staff are highly attentive and professional. Will be staying here again.

Much better experience for me than another international hotel chain whose name starts with S and where I stayed last time. Location is excellent - close to harbour and all of the business places. Rooms were very large though felt dated and insides seems needing renovation. I didn’t face any issues staying here. Restaraunt and bar inside were nice. You have the high street and shops close by in case you need to buy anything.

The place was absolutely incredible — from the moment I arrived, I was blown away. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. And the food? It was truly out of this world. Every meal was bursting with flavour, perfectly prepared, and presented with such care. I genuinely can’t wait to go back!
