The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished and offer a hairdryer, slippers, kettle, a small fridge and even an iron. The mattresses are comfortable. The hotel is well located and you can reach many sights on foot. What's fantastic is that you have a cozy lounge all day with an outdoor area for smokers where you can get soft drinks, coffee and beer for free. In the afternoon there is another happy hour with wine and other alcoholic drinks, as well as chips and nuts. We will certainly book the Figo again for our next stay in Hong Kong.

Nice clean hotel, we got a room on the 21st floor. Room was a bit on a smaller size with small living room and bedroom. Clean and bright. Location is terrific for exploring Central Hong Kong area. 4 minutes walking to the tram.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and also is close by to a metro stop as well as the bus and tram, so it is easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The happy hour is a lovely touch.

The Figo is a great boutique hotel in a super central location. Despite being in the heart of the city, the studio room was very quiet, spacious, and clean—which made for a comfortable stay and made it feel like a home away from home. The commune space is cosy and a nice spot to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Hong Kong.
