We had a wonderful stay at The Fig Lobby Hotel – it’s quirky in all the right ways and absolutely amazing. The rooms are really comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a city break. The highlight for us was the rooftop bar, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The drinks were fantastic – highly recommend the Rum and Orange! A special mention to Liben and Peace, who made us feel incredibly welcome and served up some truly fabulous cocktails. A brilliant spot that we’d happily return to.
The Fig Lobby in Bangkok is more than just a hotel—it’s a creative playground and the ultimate hideaway for art and design lovers! My bestie and I stayed in the Red Room, which screamed luxury…but make it avant-garde! We were obsessed with the ultra cozy round bed, the massive bathroom with a full bathtub, and eclectic touches like handmade ceramic mugs at the minibar. The room was spacious and inviting, with blackout curtains for late mornings and powerful AC that kept us cool during the heatwave. The Amalaki Spa was a highlight of our stay, a calming oasis with tarot card treatment selections and skilled masseuses. The chic rooftop bar and vibrant lobby were perfect for meeting fellow travelers, and the eccentric, LGBTQ+ friendly/gender-inclusive bathrooms, complimentary ice cream at check-in, and in-house pottery studio were amenities that truly made our stay so unforgettable. What sets The Fig Lobby apart is its soul—playful, rebellious, and impossibly cool. A place where creativity thrives without sacrificing comfort, where unique experiences foster community, and where the energy is undeniably radiant. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
I am so grateful that I treated myself to two nights at The Fig Lobby. It was such a special experience. Right from the moment of arrival everything was wonderful- the decor is enchanting and so cool. The staff were absolutely gorgeous and chill and felt like new friends (I loved their uniforms!!!). My room was a sanctuary with the most comfortable bed with beautiful pillows, perfect lighting options in every area, thoughtful touches such as beautiful handmade ceramics- and a great balcony with fabulous views over Bangkok. Speaking of views- the rooftop bar is a wonderful place to chill with a drink or some food and enjoy an amazing Bangkok sunset and views that go on forever. As an artist the Fig Lobby really catered to my aesthetics and comfort with so many thoughtful details- and you might even meet a cute puppy in the foyer like i did :) I really recommend the Fig Lobby for an enjoyable and intentional experience. The location is great-with a great local market walking distance from the hotel, plus loads of other great things to see and do in the local area. Finally- treat yourself to an experience at The Amalaki Spa. It is truly worth it. I had the best massage of my trip! My therapist was so intuitive, the scrub treatment was divine and I left feeling so deeply relaxed and cared for. I cant wait to return :)
Nice and cozy hotel in Bangkok. Pets friendly, Room is clean and comfortable bed. Very good decoration with Art style. A Lots parking and location not too far from Sukhumvit road. Roof top bar is incredible view of bangkok. Bartender Khun Liben is nice cocktails recommendation for you. I love Mojito and Mai Tai that made by local thai spirits. ? One more, Breakfast is pretty good. We did not find this taste at others hotels. ??
We stayed in the Stripe Yang room with an extra-large double bed and absolutely loved how comfortable it was. Every night felt like we were wrapped in a cocoon. The shower pressure was just right, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. The team was truly warm and hospitable. The welcome ice cream was delicious—especially the Thai Milk Tea flavour, which was a must-try. We also had a massage at The Amalaki, which was unique and definitely worth experiencing. While we really enjoyed our stay overall, the hotel is located in a neighbourhood that’s not the most accessible. Thankfully, taking Grab was affordable and made getting around easier. It would’ve been even better to have an extra chair, a kettle, and some mineral water provided in the room for added comfort.
