In General , this hotel is perfect. Great service, staffs are sooo friendly, clean everywhere and female toilet in reception is way too good ?? Breakfast offer multi choice and won’t be too noisy or too crowd as well. Fitness center is cool & wonderful pool they have. They offer free coffee and tea in reception. Just had bad experience as their lift have issues so didn’t work even since 7am and we almost miss our booked schedule. Anyway, price vs quality == recommended

Everything about this hotel is great. Their breakfast is cherry on top of the cake. Lots of options whether you’re a rice person or French sweet breakfast like me, there’s something for everyone. The omelette chef is the sweetest I’ll definitely miss him the most, makes funny jokes everyday while I wait for my omelette(he makes it really well almost taste like the one I had in Japan?). Did I mention the view?!!! It’s a worth every penny. Also very clean.

Upgrade to a suite, which was a huge and incredibly cosy space. The scenery is captivating. In the centre of the city sits a high-rise hotel. I stayed there during Ramadan, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially the guy who helped with the bags. I can't remember his name, but he was very helpful and kind. Limited choices of Sahoor food. The location is walking distance to KLCC.

the kid wanted to go book fest at KLCC convention center and whined about not enough time to shop etc. so decided to book a hotel nearby for her to spend longer time at the same time could hv some vacation mood. the hotel occupies upper half the building while the lower half is office building. the lift access is exclusive to the hotel. hotel lobby is at level 40. loved the hotel, clean, quiet, grand and luxury. Got the 2 bedroom suite that comes with dining area like a condo unit, with a view to twin towers. The suite came with washing machine, fridge, microwave, induction cooker, dish washer, a capsule coffee maker and 4 sets of utensils were provided too. filtered water on the tap. living hall is big enough for whole family or friends to sit around for bonding or social. TV in the living area wasn't working though. The entire setup and design is so homey and cosy really makes the guests feel home and relaxed. The indoor pool is heated to room temp with saline water. Not an infinity or edgeless pool though. Small but good enough to get some swim if no crowd. The kid loved it so much that she could dive in any time without getting frozen. The gym is 5 star hotel standard, good equipment and well maintained. I was happy I could sweat out with the bike trainer, one and only one. Did some strength training too. To nitpick, it would be perfect if the 2nd room has ensuite toilet. With LRT and MRT within walking distance, literally we didn't hv to drive ourselves to go places we wanted to go. The staycation was concluded with a perfect late checkout offered to my Bonvoy membership, the kid enjoyed another splash lol. Will certainly back soon for another staycation, perhaps longer stay.

This hotel offers a sleek and modern stay right in the heart of the city. We spent a night here and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff generously upgraded us to a spacious 2-bedroom suite — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and dining options around KL. However, one downside was the parking access. The walkway from the carpark to the hotel isn’t fully covered, and during our visit, we got caught in heavy rain and ended up getting a little wet on the way in. A fully sheltered path would definitely improve the experience, especially during unpredictable weather.
