Pros: Good hotel, affordability and value. Great private parking for guests. Location is great as well. Customer service is top notch. Cons: Noise disturbances before midnight but after basically no problem, everyone in Malacca sleeps early. Cleanliness may be an issue depending on room, request for new bedding sheets if possible.

Loved the strategic location which is near to Melaka Sentral, Aeon mall and Jonker Street. It only can be check in at 2pm and need to pay RM2 heritage tax and RM50 deposit which is refundable. They provided free wifi, coffee machine and drinking water, parking slot and ev chargers. The room was clean and in good condition. The shampoo and shower gel smell good and provided with dental kit. The only down side for me is the pillow is too soft, but I was able to sleep well, so is not a big issue for me. Overall, it was a great choice if you looking for budget hotel and the staffs are very friendly.

This hotel went beyond what I expected from a simple, no-frills concept. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The room is minimal but thoughtfully arranged: a table, chair, full-length mirror, clothes rail, and most importantly, spotless cleanliness. The bathroom was equally clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. There is TV with local channels, and fast and stable WiFi. There are ample power points, including a USB port (which was a lifesaver as I forgot my charger). A mini fridge, hot and cold water dispenser at each floor, and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo were also provided. All in all, this hotel keeps it simple but does it right—great value and comfort. As a solo traveller, the area feels safe. The hotel is within a small gated compound sharing with other businesses but it’s quiet and not rowdy. There are charging stations for EVs within the compound too. Also within the hotel’s vicinity, there are full of great local food options. There’s a hawker centre just across the street that stays open late, including a dim sum stall. A 7-Eleven and a nearby supermarket. If you enjoy walking, getting to Jonker Street and the river on foot was interesting, passing charming old shophouses along some streets on the way.
