The hotel space is good-looking although the view is not so good. The room is very clean, beautiful decoration and comfortable to stay. There is a laundry area, very convenient. I aslo very like the staff here, the staff are very cute, the boy name Vinh and the girl name Thy, they are very friendly. I will come back in the future if can

I was very pleasant to stay at the hotel. They welcome u with a smile, very helpful and very nice. This hotel is very clean. U have everything that you need. They have a wash room, there u can wash your clothes yourself for free. The location for me was super, nearly the Ben Thanh market. Special thanks to Mrs. Hien and Mr. Luan, thank you for the answers to all my questions and help me by my needs. I already booked this hotel again and come back in one week. Many thanks again ^^

We had a very good stay, overall 6 nights at The Concept Hotel HCHM, district 1. The staff is sweet and polite. This hotel is new and modern, we book a suite, not a big room but it got all we needed! We stayed at multiple places at HCMC before and I must say that the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. Outside the hotel is very local but if you walk a couple of blocks there will be plenty of coffee shops! Luan Thy was always there to help. We will definitely come back again?

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had free laundry which was amazing to find. The location is very central, although the road it's on can seem a bit sketchy (it isn't, it was completely safe). However, the staff were incredible and make it stand out. In particular, Hany and Hinlary went out of their way to help me during my stay, including providing helpful tourist tips and helping to solve any problems I had. One small note is that the room I was in had a window, but no view.

Had a great stay at the Concept in District 1. The room was very comfortable. Location was great. And all the staff were really nice. Hinlary especially was very helpful with giving me recommendations and helping secure me a room at their other location when I wanted to extend here but they were fully booked. I would definitely stay again.
