Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week while on a business trip in mid-February. Loved the service, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed and pillows. The gym was a bonus! The local shopping centre was just a 2 minute walk away with a good choice of cafes, restaurants and retail shops. The Brook hotel next door had a good choice of food and drinks too. Love the fig tree in the courtyard!

Such an amazingly clean and well serviced place to stay. Have stayed in many different places for work and this was by far the best. Housekeeping were the superstars and the restaurant staff were a close second best. Cannot fault this place. Thankyou so much for a very comfortable stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are accommodating and always very friendly. The service is always done with a smile. The Brook Hotel have made me feel very welcome at a time in my life where things weren't so happy, so I appreciate them making me feel at home. The beds are comfy and I would recommend the Brook Hotel to anybody that needed to stay in a hotel on the north side of Brisbane. Wendy?

I've stayed here a few times now on work trips & I can not fault anything at all. The customer service is exceptional! The rooms I have stayed in have always been extremely clean, tidy & the mattress I want to take home! It's very quiet and I have the best nights sleep here. I like to order room service and it always arrives very quickly it's always been amazing! I crave their chicken snitty when I'm back home. I can not thank the nightcap & the staff enough for such wonderful service. ❤️

We've been at the Brook for two weeks, and it's been awesome! The service was great, the location was perfect, and the amenities were fantastic. It was quiet, comfy, and the inclusive breakfast was adequate. Plus, it was so easy to eat at the bistro or order room service. Special thanks to the staff, Hannah, Caitlyn & Shannon. The proximity to PCH made our convalescence easier & less stressful. Thank you
