Pro: Provide parking. Provide a small playground for young kids. Staff is friendly. Two 7-11 in very close distance. Opposite got food court, the chicken rice is superb. Laundry 300m away, Lee Garden is about 1km away. Con: Outdoor parking. The bed is very hard. The sound proof can be better. We can heard“action” from next door, not child friendly ?

Our stay was on 21st-23rd/9/24 We arrived late at the hotel (7pm) and was greeted with a smooth and easy process of checking in ??. Staffs at the reception were all friendly and attentive. Our room was very very spacious and impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable. Bedsheets and towels smells fresh. Toilet clean with no mold. They also provided basic necessities including dental kit & sanitary care kit. I think the winning point for my kids was the kid's room at the lobby, they could have stayed there for hours ? Getting around was easy as the hotel is in the middle of town, but came with a downside of noisy traffic even late at night and frequent ambulance/police siren ? But overall we had a great stay here, will definitely come back again if we are in Hatyai again. ????

Within walking distance to Lee garden, Kim Yong Market. Spacious room with valueble price. Highly recommended Family room for those who travel with children. Will come back again.

I read some newest review before my staycations and little bit afraid of their bad rating. I am just trying to my luck by booking there. Been staying several hotel in Hatyai before, but the bed was one of the best hotels that i have been. Upon my arrival, the staff greet me and help me and my family carrying our luggage to lobby. During checking in, the services was fast, the staff can speak English fluently and easier for us to communicate. The waiting time was not more than 15 minute. They also have parking lot for hotel customer. The room was spacious and clean. There room has no sound proof. We can hear people walking and giggling. But i am okay with that. It was very easy to get tuktuk there. The hotel have tuktuk and massage. We also ordered massage, it was room service massage. Mrs Hong and Mae was very good doing their job. This hotel also nearer to hotspot place. Its easier to have breakfast here. We walked for 2 minutes to Bang Han Restaurant on the first day and the next day we walked for 1 minutes to ayothaya Halal Needle. Both of them was viral please search. We didnt want to walk to kimyong since my mom was old so we took tuktuk . They charge 20 baht for each person and it was affordable to us. We stayed hatyai for 3 days and 2 nights. We enjoyed the vacation very well and will come back again. Thank you for your great service during our vacation.
