The staff were very helpful and willing to assist. The hotel is located very close to Lawson’s and various restaurants in the Shinsekai area. It’s also near tax-free shops and souvenir stores under Tsūtenkaku Tower, as well as SPAWORLD, a great onsen nearby. Getting to the train station is very convenient, whether you’re heading out to explore or pulling luggage to travel to another city. The rooms are cleaned daily using an Eco Cleaning system, which includes making the bed, changing towels, and taking out the trash. Full cleaning is done on the 4th and 7th days of your stay, including vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and changing the bedsheets. The room size is just right—not too big, but not so small as to feel cramped. It’s ideal for travelers who prioritize sightseeing during the day. The air conditioner can be adjusted to function as a heater, and the room has a vent that allows fresh air from outside to come in. At the lobby, there are delicious snacks available for free during specific times (as informed by the staff). There’s also a luggage scale for guests to use.

Rooms are very small but very quiet. No thrills hotel. Breakfast is basic and they seem eager to finish early: items don't get refilled as you get to 9:20am. There is a coffee machine available around the clock with sometimes Danish or donuts, which is a nice touch. Location is great. Great if you are on a budget yet looking for convenience.

locates in center of Shinsekai, very convenient. excellent service staff. they also provide yummy bakery like croissant every day during late afternoon time. highly recommend to stay here !
