Brian and Shania were very helpful and accommodating. I love that they are really striving to improve things at the hotel. They make sure they try to provide any needs/accommodations possible. They were very helpful in resolving small issues that did arise during my stay. Love that they are good listeners and always looking to improve. The beds are super soft and clean! Nice size room with good lighting and wireless charging lamps for cellphones, much needed! Breakfast is nice too

The hotel is in a great location across from the train station so traveling to the city is a easy. Good restaurants are walking distance such as Francesca’s and the Great Inn Diner. The staff of the hotel were very attentive. We had issues with our room and they promptly switched us to a new room. Parking is limited but thankfully we were able to find a spot each time. Breakfast was good and they had a friendly attendant making sure everything was kept stocked, which was nice.
