Good room and service, likes the food for breakfast. They have good variation and taste good. The room is spacious and luckily there is no mosque nearby so it's more quiet at the early morning. Reva helped me to get better situation of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at The Alana Surabaya. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. One of the highlights was their drop off service to the airport, efficient, punctual and very convenient. It made my departure stress free. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Very enjoyable experience. I think it is one of the best in the 4* class. Would love to revisit Input: the lobby can be made more classy and luxurious. Since the location is next to a sewer, smells quite bad in the parking lot

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. It’s not that far from the airport and an easy access from anywhere in the city. I have been staying here since 2013. I booked 2 rooms here, 1 for me+ husband and 1 for my younger sister. All the staff, the recepsionists, dining staff and all others were amazing, helpful and friendly. Rooms were great with affordable price in its class! I remember guiding a university ambassador here to this hotel for a short stay when I was working as a part-time guide, the service has not changed and in fact is getting better. Keep up the good work

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Alana Hotel Surabaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with cold and refreshing air conditioning. To my surprise, I even got a free room upgrade — such a nice touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were especially warm and helpful. A big thank you to Mbak Wulan, Mbak Ferly, and Mas Basuni for their excellent service and hospitality. Their friendliness made a real difference and created a welcoming atmosphere from the start. I also rented a meeting room at the hotel, and everything was well-organized and professionally handled. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure in Surabaya. Highly recommended!
