Spectacular! My wife and I spent a few days in one of the sea view rooms, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the shower was enormous. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, and the attention to detail was evident. The food was excellent in both restaurants and the facilities in general were very good, especially the pool, which we found marvelous. The private beach is beautiful and the hotel offers several activities that can be done when the tide is high (such as kayaking, snorkeling and paddle boarding). When the tide is low it is not possible to swim on the beach, but you can take advantage of the opportunity to see a large number of fish, crabs and other animals that stay among the rocks (we even saw a moray eel). In summary, the whole experience was amazing. I would definitely come back.

I had a great time here. This resort is just like the picture - great views, lush garden, big pool, beautiful beach, and a cable car?! Yeah, some units are on a hill and have multiple levels - you have to go up via the cable car or a ride from the main lobby building. If you have mobility issues, maybe don't get a hillside room. The staff was great. I want to give a shout out to Sonia, the Guest Relations Manager, I didn't expect to meet any managers at all during my stay, but Sonia was very helpful when we had issues with the kettle and closet door in our room. Sonia made us feel welcomed, got facilities to look at the issues promptly, and then actually follow up with me when they were done. That was friendly and professional service. The room reminds me of the resort I was in last year in Mexico - hard flooring and dark wood tones in the furniture and trims. It has the tropical resort feel and comfortable, but could use some sprucing up soon. Food is good to great: choice and quality is what you expect from a resort. If you really want that authentic feel, I encourage you to go off resort. Get some suggestions from the front of house staff!

(sorry i did not get your name but you know who you are) The room is very spacious with pool access. Great view and great atmosphere within the resort. There's variety of meals for breakfast and marked as halal too. Overall this is a good place to stay with your family. Thank you, all the staff!

Wonderful Stay at Thavorn Hotel – Excellent Staff! I had a fantastic stay at Thavorn Hotel! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made my trip truly enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special mention to Mind, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. She was incredibly helpful, always had a warm smile, and made sure all my needs were taken care of promptly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you, Thavorn Hotel, for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – and be sure to say hi to Mind at the front desk!

We went to Thavorn Spa as a group of 12 people to celebrate our wedding. As couples, we chose different rooms, and we personally selected the Beach Front Cottage. The hotel room was really nice, spacious, and very comfortable, and the ocean view was amazing. All the facility services, from housekeeping to breakfast, were great and very satisfying. What made our stay at Thavorn truly amazing was the romantic dinner on the beach, which was an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Because of the rainy weather, we were unsure about making a reservation and ended up arriving without one. However, since the weather turned out to be perfect that evening, I quickly spoke with the organizer. Proud was there to help us every step of the way and managed to create an incredible atmosphere for us in less than two hours. She really did everything she could to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. And the dinner? We couldn’t decide which dish was the best. Every one of them was fabulous! Even for a group of 12, they offered to cook the meat to everyone’s preference, or replace some of the dishes with alternatives. All the staff were incredibly helpful and truly made us feel special. They even gave us a souvenir to remember that day. I think it’s definitely worth the price and would highly recommend it to everyone.
