I booked room with a Jacuzzi. The room were really spacious and well-maintained, with two toilets each, which was super convenient. The air-conditioning was cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, everything was great. However, the Jacuzzi didn’t seem to be well-maintained. During my stay, something inside the Jacuzzi came loose and caused strong suction—it even pulled on my trousers and hurt my foot when I tried to release it. So just a heads-up for safety. Customer service was superb across the board—from the reception and dining to the recreational area and room service. Another plus: you don’t need to call the front desk to request anything. Just scan the QR code provided in the room and send your request—they respond very quickly! Dinner was also fantastic. It really solved the issue of finding food at night, especially since I had elderly guests with me. The buffet had plenty of choices and everything tasted great. Parking was ample, so no worries at all. Will I come again? Definitely, yes!

Booked a deluxe jacuzzi during weekday stay here just to unwind after a hectic week. Didn’t really check all the facilities during booking just saw the price and jacuzzi and booked it. Turned out to be the best RM400 I’ve ever spent! The room was super spacious, with a small pantry (sink, microwave, cabinet), separate washroom and shower, and the highlight: an open-air jacuzzi that worked perfectly. So fun and relaxing! Would definitely come back again. Great for a short, chill escape. Only thing to note: it’s about 30min from Telok Kemang, but honestly not a big deal that area is always crowded anyway.

Absolutely Perfect Stay. A Slice of Paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The private pool in our Family Villa was an absolute dream crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and offering total privacy. Waking up each morning to a stunning lake view was pure magic. It felt like something out of a postcard. What really set this place apart, though, was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Every request was met with a smile, and their attention to detail made us feel truly pampered. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a peaceful family getaway, this hotel is the perfect choice. We’re already planning our return, it was that good!

We went here for a hi tea function. Food was great. Location was good, nearby town centre. Parking was easy. But they can improve on service a bit. Have a staff waited on us would help so he/she can top up on any dish that's finish too soon.
