Love this hotel, fantastic property for a location. Central and convenient. Staff are friendly and always available to help. Breakfast buffet is more like a full lunch or dinner, so many options. When I checked in they welcomed me back, even when my first stay was 2018 to till. The Swiss Grand Hotel is located 15 minutes from central Seoul for convenient and fast access which is my first and best experience. Recommend ?

Although it’s been about 30 years since 이모부 passed away, my 이모부 was a chef at this hotel. I still remember how he used to bring cream cakes from the hotel whenever he visited our home. they were always so delicious and made me really happy. I live in the U.S. now, but when I visit Korea someday, I’d really love to stay at this hotel.

Disappointing Experience at Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul I recently stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul, expecting a luxurious experience given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Location: The hotel's location is quite inconvenient. It's far from major attractions and public transportation, making it difficult to explore the city. Staff: The staff seemed a bit unattended and uninterested in providing quality service. When I needed assistance, they were slow to respond. Customer Service: The customer service was subpar. When I requested help with my luggage, the staff was unhelpful and seemed put off. Overall, my experience at the Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul was disappointing. Given its 5-star rating, I expected much better. Unless they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property just 20mins away from the main attractions of Seoul. It's accessible to public transport as well via buses.
