We stayed here for 1 night on 25 Apr as a family of 5 and overall had a pleasant experience. I asked the staff earlier in the day if it was possible to accommodate two more people in case our relatives from Malacca decided to stay over—and they responded with professionalism and assured us it could be arranged, as the 3-bedroom unit was spacious enough. However, we did face a hiccup with the extra bed setup. We had requested it in advance, but ended up waiting almost an hour from point after payment about 5:46PM until 6:40 PM or so, and eventually got quite annoyed and asked them to just come after we returned from dinner. Even then, I had to reiterate that I didn’t want to wait another hour — only then did they finally send someone, who came about 15 minutes later to set things up around 10:15 PM. It was frustrating after a long day with family. That aside, the location is great—central and right next to a mall, so everything is within easy reach. The view of the Malacca river/canal from the room was absolutely lovely, and the valet service was a huge plus. This place has great potential for families and groups, but a bit more attentiveness on service response time would really make the stay seamless.

Came here during school holiday. The pool a bit crowded. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was smooth, not so many varieties but delicious. Easy check out. Just drop your card inside the box. Check in also quite fast. This was my second stay.
