Service, location and room good. However they didnt give us mineral water for 2 days, and charged us for the water that was available in the room instead. Stay was overall good, but they can probably improve upon the availability of services over the room intercom, as generally hard to reach for housekeeping/reception

Had a very pleasant stay for 1 night in Deluxe Room. The room & bathroom were spot on clean. They had dozens of TV channel, both Indonesian & overseas. It is a 3 starred hotel, but they even provide hairdryer for standard room. The breakfast was quite nice & delicious for the price. My highlight would be: every single staffs were equally friendly, informative, and helpful. Kudos to all the staffs. Please keep on the wonderful work! Definitely will be back.

Stayed for two nights, and overall it was an okay stay. Wasn't expecting much from swiss-belinn brand, yet the room was slightly smaller than expected. Bed was comfortable, shower and toilet worked nicely, reception was nice and prompt, centrally located in the heart of jakarta. It's just a shame that they didn't provide air conditioning in the hallways.

The hotel was centrally located. We had a wonderful stay during our time in Jakarta. I would especially like to thank Ryno who very kindly arranged for vegetarian food for my mother and Chef Faisal who cooked some delicious food. A special thanks to Ardhi and Yemi- one of the kindest people I have met. We will definitely be coming back!
