Stayed for 4D3N, everything was very impressive. Due to train travel disruption, I booked hotel shuttle service to pick up at the station, we only paid IDR 100k and it was well worth it. We were very tired at that time, but hotel reception staff were very helpful to make check-in process quick and smooth. My request to stay on the top floor was fulfilled. Good job! But unfortunately their shower head was very dirty and made the water flow very small. Perhaps it could be cleaned regularly or replaced with a new shower head. For breakfast, I think their restaurant is not quite big and I didn't get a table on the third day of my stay. But restaurant staff were very helpful in finding a table for me. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, but it was adequate for a 3-star hotel. Impressively, they have a swimming pool with a view of Tunjungan Plaza. However, the pool is not a warm water, but the pool is quite big. It was nice to swim with the view of Surabaya city. Overall Swissbel-Inn Tunjungan is highly recommended if you will be visiting Tunjungan Plaza all day by crossing the bridge over Tunjungan street. Thank you for your excellent services!

So close to Tunjungan Plaza, we can go there anytime we want. Service is excellent, when the AC was leaking, we called the room service and in just about 10 mins they came and fixed it. No need to worry about meals as it is very near to Tunjungan Plaza anyway. All of the amenities are working as expected (Warm shower, WiFi, electric kettle, etc), the service in the lobby is also excellent. And what's the most important thing? Comfy, clean bed and pillows ?

The service is great, a friendly receptionist. He's very welcoming and helpful. Nice room but can be improved a bit more for its air freshness, as it smells damped when it's opened at first. The air con is cold. The location is spot on as we just need to cross the bridge and voila tunjungan plaza is here. Overalli will rate it 4,5 in real

Strategic location, many choices of places to hang out and culinary, near Kalimas River so it is more fun for morning jogging or just a leisurely walk in the afternoon until evening, for hotel facilities there is no doubt with its big name, for breakfast it is quite delicious with quite a lot of choices, it is fun to be able to stay

When I was staying at Swiss Bel Inn Tunjungan, my husband forgot his bag during breakfast hour and left it in the breakfast room. We realized that in the afternoon and contacted the receptionist, turns out the bag was secured safely and we could get the bag back without anything missing. Wow, very impressive, we thank the hotel management, you guys are the best!
