I booked for 1 King-size bed but they gave a twin bed for 4 nights stay! Foods for breakfast are delicious and healthy anyway, that made up such a balanced reason to give 4 stars for service quality.

My father recommended me to stay at Swiss-Belinn Manyar whenever I visit Surabaya. At first, I thought the hotel was a bit expensive, but turned out that their room hygiene and service are excellent for the price level. They provide alcoholic beverages on the premise, and after I complained about a weak bidet pressure in my second to last stay, they quickly responded and now their bidet shots sufficiently strong! Thanks to the management. Swiss-Belinn also serves an all-you-can-eat suhoor breakfast during Ramadan for Rp 80,000 per person. This breakfast is available from 3 am through to Subuh time (which in Surabaya is around 4:15 am in March 2025). Regarding the first suhoor breakfast in 2025, I was amazed at how responsive they were. I remember we only knew about the results of the ministry's "beginning of Ramadan" discussion at 8 pm the eve of 1 Ramadan but they managed to provide us a full suhoor experience the next morning, 7 hours later, which was fascinating. All in all, good job for the Swiss-Belinn Manyar team, and keep the spirit up! Cheers! ?

I had a fantastic experience while staying at Swis-bellin Manyar Surabaya. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpfull. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was so comfort, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring. I also enjoyed my breakfast on the restaurant, where the food was so delicious.
