I recently stayed at the Swiss Hotel Al Maqam and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for everything I needed. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Sazzad, the cleaner responsible for room 3220. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. My room was always spotless and well-stocked, thanks to his hard work. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it really made a difference in the quality of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again soon!

One of the best hotels in Makkah. The rooms are very nice. The room service is very polite, efficient, and non-intrusive. The restaurant is great. Has a great selection of foods during breakfast and dinner. Our only gripe was the lack of gluten free options, though the variety of selection made it easy to adapt.
