Lovely experience staying here! 1. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who greeted us at breakfast every morning, and the staff in the kitchen :) Great, positive vibes every morning! 2. Everything was very thoughtfully provided - an air purifier and humidifier to make for a very comfortable rest at night, pyjamas for sleeping, yukata for bathing, so you will have less laundry to wash, fabric sanitiser and refresher spray so we always smelt good. The provided toiletries are of good quality, so I did not need my own. 3. The breakfast was very healthy. Salads were super fresh and tasty! 4. The rooms were always clean, and appeared to be soundproof! I slept very well each night. Some small inconveniences - 1. Storage space was limited and seemed suitable for those on short stays. For those staying longer, it was a little troublesome to organise our belongings. Perhaps the hotel could loan movable storage/hanger racks, so it would be easier for those staying longer. 2. It's great that the hotel provided laundry machines, and they were clean, in good condition and very useful. Perhaps the hotel could recommend that each room use one machine at one time and add 2 more dryers to the 3rd floor. One night, one family used all 3 dryers and extended their drying time to 2 hours. I only got to use the dryer after 2am and slept after 3am. In spite of the inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay at Super Hotel again!

Great hotel for the value. The subway station is right in front of the hotel and it connects to every big subway line in Osaka. Also, the onsen is amazing it recently got renovated in Feb of 2024 so it’s definitely a must try! The breakfast is very much more Japanese style but with enough options I think for foreigners. Lastly, the rooms were clean and updated enough. Very typical business style hotel.

Everything was great - excellent location, facilities and cleanliness except for the Thai (?) staff who spoke English. She came across as a bit rude—though I wonder if it might have been due to the language barrier. I would have preferred if she had spoken in Japanese instead.

Spent 3 nights and my room was on the ladies-only floor so felt really safe. Staff was helpful and friendly. Onsen was good. Laundromat was available. Above all the hair dryer in room was the best!! Thank you.
