I had a wonderful stay at Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of the location — close to shopping, food, and transport. What made the experience even better was the excellent service from the staff. Afiz and Sherrmen were both incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with shops and eateries nearby. It would have been even better if breakfast was included in the package. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool, but overall, it’s a great spot for a short and hassle-free stay.

Hafiz and Sherrmen were very pleasant and welcoming. Wonderful staff and effort by the hotel. They even placed a cover on the car out of their own good will as they are aware that there is a construction nearby. Also loved the dispensable soap and shampoo.

I recently stayed at Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was cozy, well-kept, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. However, I opted to include breakfast in my booking, and that part left much to be desired. The selection was quite limited, and the taste was rather average. There’s definitely room for improvement in the breakfast spread to match the otherwise comfortable stay. Would still recommend for the room quality and location, but perhaps consider other breakfast options nearby.

One of the rare hotels to exceed expectations. The front desk team is helpful and welcoming after my repeated attempts at self c-in failed. Room is spacious enough with a good working desk and ergonomic chair that doesn’t induce backache. Shower excellent-strong water flow and easy to use. Only snag is a little leak through the door hinge gap causing water to flow out towards toilet. Also there’s a minor leak from the ceiling overhead.
