Room was clean, AC worked reasonably well but I did request a standing fan to supplement the AC. Noise insulation was decent but I could hear some voices and doors from the hallway- I slept fine with earplugs and white noise and I’m generally a light sleeper. The gym was pretty well equipped although quite hot. Convenient location, $1 tuktuk to most of the big PP attractions. Quick tip on the AC, you have to adjust the temp on the panel near the bed and then press the button with a fan on it to confirm the temp you chose. Ask the front desk if that explanation didn’t make sense to you

Overall, great stay and good staff. Well maintained rooms. In a prime location. Easy access to mall and shopping areas. The hotel is not a 5 star rated. However rooms and services were good and valued for money. You have interesting things to do and walk around to. The USA embassy is right infront and some government offices. Sonsafe to walk around for sure.

The hotel is located in front of the US Embassy and nearby government offices in Pnohm Penh. Rooms are tastefully decorated, even though it may be dated. The staff are kind and they accommodated our request for a breakfast box . The buffet breakfast is great. Overall, I highly recommend Sunway Hôtel if you're visiting Phnom Penh.

The staffs here are really nice and supportive, the view and location is really convenient, although I think they should have comb in hotel room too :’) If I got a chance to visit Phnom Penh again, Sunway would be my first choice?
