Great hotel to stay for family or business trip. Located near to most attraction places in Georgetown . Rooms is comfortable. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to Alex for helping me out for my car broke down infront of your hotel. Recommended to everyone looking for great place to stay in Georgetown. I will definitely return for future trip to Penang. Well done!

We’re staying here for 5 nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We arrived a bit early, but from the moment we arrived, the reception staff have been absolutely lovely—super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, especially with arranging a baby cot and assisting with all our requests. We booked both a double and a family room, and both were spotless and tidy upon arrival. The rooms are well-equipped, and we really appreciated the in-room chiller—such a bonus to keep drinks cold in the warm weather. The two complimentary bottles of water were a thoughtful touch as well. The location is excellent, especially if you’re traveling with family. It feels like a perfect base for exploring the area while still being a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been warm and accommodating, which has made us feel right at home. So far, everything has been great—it’s shaping up to be a fantastic holiday!

Room is clean, quiet and provide complimentary toiletries, drinking water and bed is super comfortable. In room TV is very small, limited programs. Buffet breakfast served at cafe from 6.30am. A small swimming pool and gym - good for a quick dip or workout. Hotel is only minutes away from night market, bakery and massage parlour. Nice cafe, timsum restaurants not far away as well. A great choice.

Always a pleasure to stay here whenever I visited Penang to accompany my parents for a check up. The hotel staffs were very helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided 2 free bottles of water everyday It was so great and always looking forward to come back

We booked a few rooms for a short family vacation in Penang through a third-party platform, but the experience almost turned into a nightmare when we arrived to check in after 10pm, especially with young kids. Fortunately, Ms Deby (hotel staff) helped resolve the room arrangement issues efficiently. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty of food options around. Would definitely recommend staying here!
