One of the Best Hotels in Johor – A Truly Pleasant Stay From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality. The staff greeted me right as I alighted from my car and kindly assisted with my bags, setting the tone for a great stay. I arrived around 11am, well before the official check-in time of 3pm. While I didn’t expect the room to be ready, the staff still helped me check in early and offered to look after my belongings while I explored Big Box Retail and grabbed lunch. To my surprise, I received a WhatsApp message around 1pm informing me that the room was ready – a very nice touch. I had booked the Family Suite for my family of four, and although I didn’t take any photos, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. There were four complimentary glass bottles of drinking water, and for refills, they provided water dispensers near the lift – a great environmentally friendly initiative to reduce plastic waste. The suite had two exceptionally clean bathrooms, each fitted with an automatic bidet. The showers were strong, with hot water always available, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The room also featured a Smart TV, which made it easy to stream Netflix and relax with the family. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet had an impressive variety of options – perfect for anyone not counting calories! However, the baby chair could use an upgrade, as the one provided couldn’t quite keep my little one secure. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. Even if your plans are more central, it’s worth considering a stay here. The service, facilities, and overall experience were a solid 10/10.

Not much to complain about overall. I stayed in the Deluxe Plus room, which comes with a king bed and a sofa bed. The service was excellent and staff were super friendly and helpful. The lobby also had a really nice and pleasant smell that made a good first impression. The only downside was the bedding. The mattress and pillows were really really hard. Even the sofa bed was just as firm. My whole family had trouble sleeping and woke up with back pain which was a big letdown. Other than that, the hotel was great and I’d still recommend it. Just hope they improve the beds soon!

My family and I booked a room in your hotel to spend some time away from the city and we had such delightful experience. The staff over at the reception were extremely helpful and I’m really thankful for the great, awesome hospitality that we were offered. It was simply amazing.! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within a mall, which offers plenty of activities for kids and families. However, there are limited food options around the hotel, which may be inconvenient for some guests. I also requested room cleaning on the second day, but unfortunately, the room was not cleaned as expected. The housekeeping staff only arrived around 6 PM, which was quite late. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of housekeeping and nearby dining options.

The hotel's affordability, convenient EV charging station, and proximity to Legoland made it an ideal choice for our family. The nearby Eco Botanical offered a lovely escape with delicious food options. We were delighted with the connecting rooms, perfectly suited for our family with young children. The hotel accommodated our special requests, including furniture arrangements. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff: - Conceierge Vicky went above and beyond, assisting with luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed. His thoughtful reminders during checkout were much appreciated. - Effendi at the reception helped us secure a connecting room despite my booking mistake. - Vivien's, the guest relation executive warm departure when checked out made us feel valued as guests. We'll definitely return to this hotel again. The combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for families like ours.
