Only stayed for one night, but immediately felt happy with the appearance of the hotel, located in a busy area of Hanoi, but outside the centre. Our rooms are very clean, very comfortable with reasonable amenities, customer service was excellent allowing early check in and for the price it’s a very good deal. Would highly recommend.

Sunrise hotel gave us a nice room with a superb river view. Room was very good and we enjoyed the stay. Room service was done daily and room was clean all the days. Thanks for giving us a very nice experience.

Both rooms that we booked (Family Room and Executive Room) were both good for the price. We didn’t have any issues with water or leaks. They were quick to solve any issues that we had. Overall, the hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of options to eat and grocery shop around. The price was also good too, at around $200 for the 5 days we were here.
