We stayed at Sundancer Residence and villas and had a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are big and water pressure is great. The breakfast is really good with a lot of options. Dinner is very good as well! The hotel has a lot of amenities: a big outdoor pool with a bar, a gym, a spa! At reception they will give you the best advice of places to visit, activities and help you sort out your trip (they messaged us beforehand to organise transfer from the airport, driver was on time). All the staff is very friendly, always willing to help with a big smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this place.
We had such an amazing here time that we actually changed our travel plans and decided to come back for a few more days! All of the staff and owners provided fantastic service and were very helpful. Food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were beautiful and spacious
What a great time we had at Sundancer! Front desk staff Ardi and Ketut were very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was excellent. The meals were delicious and service was very good. We will return again ?
They make the high expectations come true. Our honeymoon was made special with romantic setting on the beach. The room with private pool and viewing the oceaan was more the Beautiful
What a beautiful hotel!!! The grounds were extremely well kept and we were lucky enough to stay in one of the hillside villas with a very private infinity pool and spectacular views including both Mt. Rinjiani and Mt. Agung). It was extremely indulgent and luxurious. The staff were all so nice and very helpful (thank you Azril, Dede, Harris, Elva, just to name a few) and we even met the owner Linda who was so nice and welcoming. My fiance and I both celebrated our birthdays there and we were treated like VIPs. Also the food and drinks were super delicious (spice level is for tourists but if you want it spicier just ask and they will accommodate). If you do end up staying in one of the hillside villas please note that it is up a steep windy road which you need the hotel staff to drive you up and down (we enjoyed walking down in mornings listening to birds and had a few monkey sightings). We'll definitely be back and it's a great way to make family and friends jealous if you get one of the villas (see photos).
