We were surprised by the warmth and genuine friendliness of staff here upon arrival. The lobby is clean and spacious and our room was clean and smelt nice too. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the highlight is a hot and cold water dispenser in the room! View from our 21st floor is panoramic indeed. Breakfast buffet spread is generous. Although not halal, there is enough variety to keep us full and well satiated like breads and salads, pancakes, some dim sum variety and eggs. Only have good experiences here! The only suggestion for improvement is to have hooks in the bathroom and for a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom!

This hotel definitely met our five star standards. Staff was lovely and accommodating to my vegan requests at the restaurant by the poolside. There wasn’t vegan options On the menu, but they were able to help me out. I did order a lot of grab for vegan food during the day. The gym was fantastic and huge. We really enjoyed the cold plunge every morning that was complimentary with this stay along with the Sauna. Room service is also amazing and we did end up getting upgraded to a better suite during our honeymoon that we were so grateful for. Overall a wonderful experience we would definitely come back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with real 5-star facilities and services. The lobby is amazing, with a lovely bar. Rooms are modern and perfectly clean with a wonderful view on the city. A swimming pool is also available to relax yourselves while enjoying a stunning view on the city ! We just loved the time we spent there !

I had arranged a seminar with 130 participants, my team and I stayed one night in that hotel. Room is clean, luxury and great view of bridge over Mekong river. Ballroom is equipped with LED screens and lights with high technology systems. Just one thing that I concerned is restaurant, size of restaurant is a bit small, so my group feels messy during lunch time but we still happy with that event.
