The people here are amazing, treat you with so much kindness and respect. I was leaving in the morning and the owner remembered I hadnt eaten yet so she cooked me up some breakfast and a coffee. Always smile and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are nice and spacious, no ac but a big fan which was fine for me. I didn't have hot water, but I quite like cold showers so it wasn't a problem and I didn't ask the owners if there was a way to get so maybe there was a switch I didn't use. I would recommend having a bike if you're staying here, although I believe it's 30 mins walk to the town if you don't mind walking. There is also quite a tough to ride last stretch of road to the homestay especially in rainy season the mud can get pretty gnarly. So if you are unconfident on a bike id exercise caution. Overall though for the price all the faults feel completely reasonable and what you do get more than makes up for it. A lovely experience.
This homestay has been the best throughout my entire stay in Indonesia! I've been to many, but none are like this place! You arrive and automatically feel that the place transmits so much peace and love! The owners are lovely and super helpful people! You can rent motorcycles there if you need them at a great price! The room I stayed in was perfect, with air conditioning, a super large and comfortable bed, and a wardrobe with a mirror. And they also make an incredible breakfast, super delicious and huge!!! I100% recommend this place if you want to have an amazing stay! thank you for everything ❤️ Makasi ?? Melisa (??Argentina)
Nicest people i ever met. And the rooms are so good for the price. Don’t be silly. Just book the god dam room. Oh and its helpful if you rent a moped- a little out of town.
I had a lovely stay at this homestay! It’s very cheap, and while the shared toilet is a bit of a challenge (feels a bit like camping), for the price it honestly felt like a luxury. I stayed in a private room, even though the booking said shared — so that was a nice surprise! The highlight for me was the amazing lady who runs the place. She doesn’t speak English, but always used a translator to communicate everything with so much kindness and care. She’s incredibly sweet — even served me breakfast after 11h, and once, when I had to leave early, she gave me fruits so I wouldn’t go with an empty stomach. When I came back, she still made sure I had the full breakfast, even though it was already past noon. If you're looking for a cheap place with great vibes, this is a perfect spot. Would definitely recommend!
