One of the most comfortable rooms we have encountered on our travels, plenty spacious for two large suitcases as well. We tried the room service robot - if you stay here you must try it! Still laughing…. The service and the rooftop bar are both excellent.

The location is close to great restaurants. Across the street there were several wonderful restaurants. The staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice. It is also very quiet.

There was a mix up in bookings and we were downgraded from the Suite that was booked. The team went over and above to make up for this inconvenience with room credit, complimentary parking for 2 cars etc. Though we were a little gutted at the mix up we were thoroughly impressed by the efforts to amend the situation.

The rooms are so clean and homey, amazing rooms service aswell! The food is delicious and there is something for everyone, not to mention the wonderful staff, they’re so friendly and understanding.
