I had an exceptional stay at the Strand Palace Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day out in London. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and the West End theatres. The amenities were top-notch, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. Everything about my stay was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Strand Palace Hotel to anyone visiting London. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great location! I stayed for one night in a single room, and it had everything I needed. The air conditioning was quiet, the room was tidy and clean — really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was a bit modest, but decent overall. A slightly wider selection would have been nice, but it was still satisfactory. Overall, a very positive experience — definitely a place I would recommend!

Excellent hotel, would recommend. Location is amazing, all staff really friendly and professional and service was great. Small room but very clean and comfy with good facilities and welcome chocolate! The most comfortable bed we'd ever slept in! Breakfast was superb. Only downside for us was walls are paper thin and we were woken early by people walking and talking in the corridors.
