Subiaco Village was the perfect place for our stay in Perth. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and visit. The renovated bathroom with open shower all on one level was good for accessibility. The beds were super comfortable! The apartment was cool on hot days and quiet in spite of being on a busy street. And our car hire place was conveniently a 2 minute walk away. The owner was very thoughtful and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. After a long journey from Ireland to Perth, we booked for an extra night so we could go straight in early and sleep. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious and had everything we could have needed. There was even basic food supplies left including tea, coffee, sugar etc. The car parking space and pool were the additional facilities we wanted and so one of the reasons we choose this apartment and nothing disappointed with this rental.

Absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful premises with all we needed. Just one small thing, cutlery, utensils and silverware could do with upgrading as the current ones were very out dated. The pots and pans were desperately needing replacing and were instantly done the next morning. Thank you annabelle! Also a small plumbing issue which was rectified that very morning, thanks again annabelle! Lounges and cushions could do with regular dry cleaning. Perfect location, walking distance to Rokeby Rd, main strip with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops. Coles, woollies, and markets all but a 10mn walk. Perth city 12mns drive and 10mn train ride. The pool and spa were spotless and maintained wonderfully. We met some wonderful couples, which im sure will lead to ongoing friendships. Absolutely loved this apartment! It was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. Everything was immaculate, and the attention to detail made it feel both stylish and comfortable. A great location only 10 mins to train station, 10 mins to centre of Subiaco and pharmacy, liquor store etc very close by. A gorgeous little cafe practically next door called Jitters (I think) for a fabulous breakfast or lunch. Check-in was seamless & so thankful that we got in a little earlier, as we arrived super early. Would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

2nd time staying at this complex, 1st time in flat 34. Subiaco village.It was a great spacious flat in a great location with pool and spa. We will DEFINATELY be back in the future. Would recommend Staywest to anyone.
