Great location, but bad service and room conditions. The room looked old, the aircon in my room didn’t work properly, the toilet is stinky, and many dirt found in the corner of the room. The staff need to learn more English. The hotel also provides a gym facility (but please don’t expect that high) and swimming pool, which located in the same level. The pool is great, I had the best time swimming there.

I was very impressed with my stay at Sparks Hotel Jakarta. From the moment I checked in, I felt the warmth service provided by the staff ms. Dinda. The room I stayed in was extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities were outstanding – from the beautiful pool, relaxing spa, to a variety of restaurants with delicious cuisine.

Also, for whole package unique decorations, which has made our wedding day on Dec 25, 2024 more so beautiful and perfect!
