Pros - The room/pods, general area, pantry and toilets were pretty clean. The staff was friendly as well. Towel and blanket provided. Body soap and shampoo provided in the toilet. Cons - The fan function in the pod only provides basic ventilation. Had to sleep with the pod curtain slightly ajar to allow the air con in the room to flow into the pod. And please try to avoid the use of the pantry fridge. It looks nasty. Overall, for the price its a pretty good deal.

How does this budget mixed-room capsule dorm get such consistently good reviews? After staying 5 days, I think I can tell you. It's people. Staff are friendly and helpful, though busy working hard. Though the premises are past their prime, they bleach and maintain it every day. Guests are varied, but all respectful, considerate, and easy going. Though the building looks like it's crumbling and the WiFi is dodgy, It's people that keep this fragile ecosystem going.

Really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights! The location is close to the MRT lines so you can quickly get into the centre of Singapore. The rooms were fantastic - clean, spacious and the pods were super comfortable with everything you needed. The highlight were the lovely staff who allowed me to use their umbrella when it started to rain and also the breakfast in the mornings - toast and cereal plus coffee and tea all day long! Really good value for money and would return!

The aircon is quite cool even though the weather is very hot - there is a free simple breakfast + coffee + tea milk sachets - the only thing lacking is that the sitting room has poor air circulation so it smells a bit and needs disinfection with Bayclean - the staff are nice
