Location is good between 2 subway stations, nice price and room, service is okay but could do better, house cleaning forgot giving me towel once and bottle of water twice during my staying

The hotel is situated in a lively area with lots of restaurants. The room was spacious, but upon arriving we noticed that one of the tiles in the shower cabine was busted and it seemed a bit outdated. In addition, the toilet was not leveled. Also, our room smelled like they recently sprayed it with mosquito repellent so that needed some time to air, but not too bothersome. But the room itself was spacious and the bed was very nice. Reception wasn't very outstanding, they helped when needed, but minimal interest in their guests.
