The front desk are manned by a team of wonderful people. Our group of 5 stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and throughout the stay we had made numerous requests, I am totally surprised with the patience and professionalism of the staff. They are one of the best team I had met amongst the many countries I had visited. Special mention must be extended to Mr Victor who had assisted with our luggages and cartons on our departure (18 April25). He is very professional and carry out his duty with much sincerity and passion. I am truly grateful to have been served by such a gentleman! Kudos to VICTOR ?????Room1606

Clean modern rooms. Professional and polite staff. Excellent amenities: self service secured locker room for your luggage, washer and dryer, gym, and an inviting lobby with expresso machines, lounge, and view of the city. Great location: in Ximending shopping center, walk to subway.

Room 2409 First time book this hotel after being highly recommended by colleague. ? I am so happy to have listen to my colleague suggestion. Impeccable service. Very clean room. Fast respond to maintenance issue at room. Help with my request for mailing stamp and helped me to send! So grateful. ? Finally, I am terrible at reading Chinese characters so it was comforting to have staff who speaks English. Outstanding! My girlfriends and I are so happy to stay here. Solaria Hotel in Ximending was the perfect base for the second half of our visit to Taipei. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the action with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Service was consistently excellent, with staff who are warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and a great way to start each day. Everything ran smoothly, making for a stress-free stay in this polished, reliable choice in one of Taipei’s liveliest neighborhoods.

Beautiful Japanese owned hotel with great facilities, staff and location. Located 3 mins from Ximen station and literally a 2 min walk to the nearest street market. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed with firm beds to suit your needs. There was always enough reception staff to ask for help. Could not fault this clean, well organised property!
