We have checked-out but we need to wait our next train schedule here that going over our muslim prayer time. We ask just a simple place to do praying, but they even provide us a much better room, thank you very much for the hospitality. I hope in the future this hotel will provide special prayer room so it will be more friendly to moslems ??

I stayed 2 nights @ this hotel and was overall satisfied with my stay and all. The hotel is old but very clean and quiet. Excellent warm and cheerful front desk, restaurant and cleaning teams. The breakfast buffet also although seemed modest, it was really nice and worth...lots of food variety both local fast and international with excellent taste. Location is best and can not say better...very central downtown and walking distance to major top attractions. Very positive about this place, price, location and service...was much better than some big hotels in many ways....Wish they had spa that's all I missed here but it's also ok! Kyoto is best city in Japan!

If you are looking for a place to sleep and keep exploring Kyoto, this hotel is the best option!!! It is near to the subway and pokemon center. The service is excellent and personnel is very kind.

Great hotel. They let us check in early. Room is clean and included a bath tub. Big window. Change of towels and bin everyday despite short stay and well located without being too crowded
