Our recent stay at Shilla Stay Jeju was an overall pleasant experience with a few drawbacks. The hotel boasts a modern design and a fantastic location close to numerous restaurants. Additionally, having rented a car, we found it convenient to explore the town independently. The reception staff were proficient in English, making communication effortless. Check-in was swift, and we appreciated the efficiency. The hotel itself exuded tranquility, offering a peaceful night's rest. However, our stay was marred by the ongoing construction work adjacent to the hotel. The noise from the construction, which commenced around 7-8AM, disrupted our sleep and could potentially inconvenience other guests. While some may view it as an unavoidable nuisance, others might appreciate it as an effective morning alarm. Despite this setback, the overall experience at Shilla Stay Jeju was positive. The comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and competent staff outweighed the disturbance caused by the construction. We hope that the management takes measures to mitigate such inconveniences for future guests.

Location is good, in downtown area. Takes about 10-15mins from airport. Staffs are polite and could speak English. If you're renting a car, there's free parking. Room wise was clean, but some areas can be improved. The water boiling area is dark without light, and the walkway light turns off by itself. Parking exit is quite sharp at the corner, so if you have a larger vehicle (rented Kia Carnival), it can be hard to drive out. Also take note there's construction going on just diagonally behind the building and our room was the corner facing it, have wake-up call in the morning. We didn't mind it but some would, so ask for rooms facing the main road. We just spend one night only after our flight in to Jeju as we are heading out elsewhere next day. Will try next time when we do city hopping.

Stayed here for a night as it’s very close to the airport. Room was clean and looks like the photos. The location is great as it’s near to several popular shops such as Selbing, Olive Young, Shilla Duty Free, shoe shops, New World supermarket.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, rooms were clean, lots of amenities, made our stay at Jejú quite wonderful.
