Very clean and well appointed rooms. No flat sheet put on the bed (only cotton fitted sheet and a comforter with satin cover. This is strange for 5 star rating. Air conditioning - one temperature of 19 degrees made it freezing even though you could alter temperature on the control but it didn't do anything. Reported but no feedback and not fixed entire stay. Staff always ready to help and very friendly. Swimming pool was refreshing and clean. Gym was clean and great views. Close to a mall and 20 minutes from mid gardens mall and other sites.

Everything about the hotel is great, especially the bed—it’s incredibly comfortable. However, the air conditioner in the suite room struggles to cool down the room. It gets quite warm in the afternoon, and at night, it can feel a bit stuffy. The duty manager offered to move me to another suite, but unfortunately, all the suites seem to have the same issue. According to the duty manager, this is a problem affecting all suites in the building. That said, the air conditioning in the standard rooms works perfectly fine. Breakfast is great, and the lounge is also excellent. However, the ongoing air conditioning issue in the suites makes me reconsider staying at this hotel. This has been a long-standing problem, and despite multiple complaints have been made, no action has been taken to resolve it. And it still happens every-time i stay in the suite. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the air conditioning for the suites. If this issue is fixed, Sheraton Petaling Jaya will definitely be my top choice of hotel in the future.

Had dinner here. Great location. Easy parking. Had dinner at the Cafe. Good coffee too. Very good service. Very good food. Good prices at 5 Star levels. Chatted and stayed until very late. Even though staff had left as they closed by 10pm. Tomorrow night back again for dinner. Cheers

Stayed at Sheraton Petaling Jaya from 15–17 April 2025 for a work trip—my second time here. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and I slept so well. Loved the night view of the KL highway from my room. Check-in was fast (around 3 minutes), likely at Level 3. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff were very friendly. I still remember how good the in-room spaghetti carbonara was—so delicious and not heavy at all!
