I couldn’t even deal with how accommodating this hotel was the staff are insanely kind, so kind to children and extremely thoughtful in every aspect. The kids eat free at the buffet, they gave us little bucket sets and colouring in as soon as we arrived. The kids play area is just amazing too and the room service food is restaurant quality. Everything about this place made our holiday perfect. Their kindness to families and kids is the best. We have never travelled anywhere like this and we have travelled all over the world with our kids since they were babies. Thank you for making our holiday perfect. We will 100% be back!

Amazing services from the time of arrival.I am very thankful for the hospitality of the staff. The life guards at the pool are very professional as well and I appreciated the extra eyes making sure my child is safe. Great value for the experience for my family. The room walls are thin and there were ongoing maintenance work on the left wing of the building. If your family is sensitive to noise and expecting to have afternoon rest in the room, this is something to note for.

Thank you for making our stay at your hotel a memorable one. It was double the celebration for us, mother’s day and our wedding anniversary. Special thanks to Senior Manager - Jennifer Chung at the reception to welcome us with her warm smile. She went the extra mile to upgrade our room which we initially booked from superior king room with hill view to panoramic king room with sea view. Also provided us discount voucher for the restaurants. The room was decorated with balloons and flowers. Also we received the chef’s selection of cake. Jennifer was very thoughtful and even explained on all the facilities as we also had our little boy 3 years old. The hotel was kids friendly. All the facilities were great for a family stay. I would also like to thank the hotel management for pampering all the mothers for great discounts and good buffet spread. Thank you once again for the excellent hospitality; it surpassed our expectations. Pleasantly surprised at the professionalism on display during our stay at the hotel by all the staffs. Those with kids will definitely have to consider Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa as it’s really the best kids friendly place.

Love the experience there. Especially if you have a child. It’s family friendly. Providence of the tiniest thing makes the experience wonderful. It’s as simple as having access to bottle warmer, bed barrier. The direct access to pool and beach. The endless entertainment of art and craft and indoor playground for the young ones. And at the same time, close to nature. And we were lucky to catch some fireworks from our room.

Very well prepared room. Kind staff. Nice pool to swim with kids. Quite nice foods at the restaurant and room service.(especially room service) I was so impressed from this hotel staffs. It may be taken for granted that those employees should be kind, but I have not met an unkind employee here. I forgot their name but remember slicked back hair guy at the front desk, short hair tall guy of hotel porter. Thanks for the good memory for the 1st overseas trip with my kids. I recommend this hotel to travel with family.
