Seasons Botanical Gardens is my go-to spot whenever I'm in Melbourne — I here every few weeks and it never disappoints. Easily the best value-for-money accommodation near the city. The front-facing rooms offer cracking views of the Shrine of Remembrance and the Botanic Gardens — perfect way to start the day. Sure, some rooms are a bit worn around the edges, but for the price, it’s a no-brainer. What really sets it apart is the staff — always warm, welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure I’m looked after. Highly recommend if you're after location, value, and good old-fashioned hospitality.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were most helpful. Shower water pressure was disappointing. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Great location handy to trams straight onto the city. I'm sure we will stay again.

Lovely spacious room, excellent location for the city and trams, couldn't be better. Staff were excellent and and issues were fixed straight away. Would recommend and will stay here again if I'm every lucky enough to return to Melbourne.
