A perfect stay in the heart of Hanoi During our stay in Hanoi we had a simply perfect experience at this hotel. The location is very central, walking distance to restaurants, fruit shops and other useful services. There is a small gym, but for the pool, even if it is not on site, you can access it for free at a partner hotel just a three minute walk away. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. The real highlight, however, was the staff, always kind and attentive. A special thank you goes to Casey, who made sure everything was perfect for us and even helped us solve a problem with our flight. We have had the most amazing time staying at San Premium. The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful and have made our stay so comfortable. Julie and Aimee have attended to all our needs and Michael has been so helpful with helping us book excursions. We originally stayed for 5 nights but ended up booking an extra night following our return from the Lan Ha bay cruise. We will be back in 4 days after the Ha Giang Loop as the staff have kindly let us keep our luggage here and we like it here so much. We have been travelling for a while and this is the best service and hospitality we have received so far. You can tell the staff care and are passionate about what they do which has made our experience here in Hanoi even better! Thank you to everyone at San Premium Hotel!
