Our stay here in District 4 was great. A small confusion at first with checking in as there is no reception - have to call someone to let you in - Security guard outside was a great help. Accommodation is modern, though can be noisy (traffic) even though we were located on the 18th floor. Having to message before using the gym or pool was a small inconvenience. Having a washing machine was useful. Make sure to eat around the corner on the street, the coffee and food is great

Stayed from 13th - 18th oct 2024. Checkin was confusing, having to call someone to collect you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroon apartment was on the 15th floor, nice, clean modern and spacious with working aircon. There was also a washing machine which was really great. Alot of places to eat around this area with great food. There is a pool, but you have to call someone to let you in. Wasnt able to acess the gym though?? Luckly there is a gym that is a 5min walk from here. Great views of the city. Would stay here again if i come back!

Our family booked it through AirBnb for over a month with host Trang Nguyen and we enjoyed it. Good: - The security guards here are very nice and polite. - Everything is maintained very well. - High floors have great view to the city. - Convenience store, coffee, and food market are in the building. Bad: - During peak hours, it might take 5 minutes to get to the 1st floor with elevator. - It is a hassle to use the pool. Nees to sign up first with property manager and then they need to escort you there to use the pool. - Only long-term tenants/residents can use the gym. - It is like a hotel; you will rarely see the same person twice. - Low-floors, for example 6th floor, can still hear the traffic noise from the street.

They rent out apartments in these adjacent buildings that are quite comfortable. Rooms are quite decked out with essentials including cooking, cleaning and a washing machine. Beds are quite hard though so if you can only sleep on soft beds then this isn't for you. Location-wise it's not particularly close to anywhere convenient of note. There are convenience stores, food and drinks downstairs which are ok but not cheap. Walk a bit further and you can definitely get decent food and coffee.
