The owner was super friendly. The place had cooking utensils and a stove, a mini fridge and a bare necessity stocked kitchen. Great value for the price. Privacy to the max. Rooms we got were on the 3rd floor. So alot of stairs. No A/C in the rooms just one fan. We stayed on a less heated day so the one fan was barely enough. Cleanliness needs some work.

Good location, room is good for price. Kitchen wasn't nice neither clean. Internet didn't work most of the time and is only cold water, if that's ok for you then is good budjet.

Overall a fresh and clean room with separate kitchen, all for a great price! The staff is super kind as well! ☺️ We would recommend!

I had a very good time at Royal Resort. I liked the location as it is in an authentic neighbourhood. The rooms was super clean and the bed comfortable. Would go there again:)

Very good place for stay in weligama ara.400 m for surfing beach area. And 1.2km for weligama town.
