Booked last min through credit card travel portal and hotel actually upgraded me to higher floor when arrived late for check in. Dropping off & collecting luggage was really quick. Getting a taxi takes a few extra mins as located middle of Myeondong shopping area which is convenient but also very busy!!

Royal Hotel is one of the best options for a stay in Seoul. The value for money is unbeatable. The hotel offers a touch of luxury, spacious and well-equipped rooms, and a prime location right in Myeongdong.. Close to many of the city’s must-see landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. The entire staff is fantastic, with a special shoutout to Lee, who went above and beyond: incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Food was excellent. Service was good and staff were friendly and cleanliness 5 star. Very convenient location. Room was a bit small. No sound-proof. Seemed more expensive than value.

It's in the heart of MyeongDong, the most vibrant area of Seoul. Excellent guest service with neat & clean environment, nice ambience. You can't ask more from a hotel in Seoul as a tourist.
