Lovely building, great reception and manager but the actual apartment was faded elegant with a torn leather seat, tatty dining chairs and poor maintenance. On the positive side the bed was very comfortable and linen was excellent. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The freezer was leaking . The washing machine was added bonus. Personally I would liked to have had an information sheet/booklet. A very good friendly café literally opposite the entrance with great breakfasts and lunches (open Monday to Friday). The apartment was less than 200 yards from the rail station that goes to and from the airport. M.J. Berry

Nice art deco building turned into apartment hotel. Stairs and elevators very cool. Good facilities and lots of room. No door to bedroom which means your companion gets woken up if you have to get up and get ready earlier. Some items (eg carpets) tired but clean. Good value for location. Very close to central station and cbd.

The staff are friendly, and the place is very Art-Deco in the interior. You've the option to use the timeless lifts or walk via the public interior stairwell full of polished marble, between reception and your room, and it's beautiful. Location Location Location is Supreme. You cross the road and you're at Central Station.

Lovely old world charm at the entrance and in the lifts. The apartment is very spacious and has all of the necessities including a kitchenette, washing/drying combination. Everything is supplied. Whilst the apartment may need a paint, it's charm is appreciated and the space was fabulous. Very quiet too. We will be back.
