Free breakfast with a good selection of delicious food. Very clean room, good location 17 mins walk to Dotonbori which we like so much. 6 mins walk to metro station. 12 mins walk to Namba Station one way ride to go to Kansai Airport. Quite place. Check in/out machine for fast transaction. Overall I can recommend this hotel 100%

We had a wonderful experience here, thanks to the amazing staff. Despite the language barrier, they patiently communicated with us using Google Translate and helped resolve most of our issues quickly. The room is compact—good for two people, but quite tight after adding an extra bed. There was barely space to open our luggage, so I wouldn’t recommend that setup for groups. That said, the service absolutely stood out. The amenities were complete (even a bathtub!), though the coin laundry dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes. One of the days, we had to leave our laundry mid-cycle and mentioned it to the front desk if they could help bring it back to the room. They were willing but we were worried the clothes would be wet and therefore, we would have to rewash it when we get back that night. When we returned, we were touched to find the staff had brought our laundry to the room, hung it up, and even switched on the dehumidifier to help it dry. We were so impressed. Many hotels wouldn’t even deliver laundry to the room, but this team went the extra mile with genuine care. Truly grateful for the experience!

We had a really good experience! The staff was amazing, the room was super comfortable, it was super closed to the metro and train station. We had a great time visiting Osaka and staying here.

The room and bed is consider bigger than average japanese hotel room. 1 station away from Namba. Near convenient store. Good variety of breakfast.
