Our Heritage Room was nothing short of spectacular: spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. While other rooms had minor issues (like slightly small bathrooms or towels that could’ve been fresher), our overall stay was still delightful. The neighborhood itself is a dream! Surrounded by stunning architectural gems, chic boutiques, and vibrant art hubs, it offers perfect access to Colaba and Marine Drive. Great rooms, great service, and a great location. A perfect base for trips to Mumbai. We arrived early, but an early check in wasn't an issue and we were shown to our room. After our stay, our flight wasn't until the early hours of the morning. Despite having already checked out the hotel was happy to securely store our bags, hang around in the lobby where they made sure we had tea and coffee, AND allowed us to use a shower to freshen up before we left for the airport - this is all above and beyond what can be expected from a hotel. We were super impressed with the hotel's customer service.

You will enjoy your stay here. Great Hotel, fantastic staff - always a smile. Restaurant very good with a coffee and a biscuit waiting for you. Breakfast is very good. Close to all attractions. Rooms comfortable and clean. Great source of information on where to shop for items by hotel staff.

While the rooms are simple, the service was outstanding! We arrived at 5:30am and the staff accommodated us well and allowed us to check in so early and even have access to breakfast without paying extra. This really made our experience and was incredibly helpful. Location is great too as it is within walking distance of major sights and the main train station.
